NULL-veks provides AI-powered ransomware protection services, including threat detection, file recovery, and compliance reporting. We strive to maintain the highest level of service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
While NULL-veks is designed to detect and prevent ransomware attacks, no security solution can guarantee 100% protection. We are not liable for any damages resulting from security incidents.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NULL-veks, Kuumba (Pty) Ltd, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
